I often find it is the simplest pasta recipes that produce the greatest taste. Cacio e pepe translates to “cheese and pepper”. Be daring and invite some culture to your dining table this evening. Be adventorurs and cook something other than bolognese tonight. Cheese and pepper with a little egg, can surprisingly be much yummier than pasta drowned in sauce.
