2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp raw cacao powder (or self ground)
¼ tsp baking powder
1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavoured)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp orange zest (optional)
2 blocks dark cacao (85-90%) chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 egg white
¼ cup milk
Combine all the ingredients together. I blitzed the oats in a food processor prior to using them, so that I obtained a flour consistency. This step is optional. Place the batter in ramekins and microwave for 60-90 seconds, on high.
